I'm really sorry to everyone who was looking forward to the Jojima Sake Brewery Biraki.


However, this year, we decided to get together with volunteer members in the form of a "drive-thru" and try it.
In addition to sake from each brewery, we also prepare "Jojima Sake Sennabe" and selected local specialties.

It is a set that contains the ingredients for the pot. Please make it at home and enjoy it.

■ Sake lees, local specialties(Kamabo, seasonings, udon, sake buns) Morning harvested amaou, etc.
